Refund Terms and Conditions
1. Contract Agreement: By engaging in a contract for the printing and
distribution of flyers with Wendigo Distribution, hereinafter referred to as “the
Company,” the client agrees to abide by the following terms and conditions.
2. Cancellation Policy: a. Cancellations within the first 2-4 weeks of a campaign
are eligible for a refund, subject to the deduction of calculated fees. b. After
the specified cancellation period, no refunds will be issued. c. The client must
submit the cancellation request in writing to the Company’s designated
contact person.
3. Refund Calculation: a. For cancellations within the eligible period, the refund
amount will be calculated based on the following factors:
• Duration of the campaign.
• Administrative expenses.
• Taxes and fees incurred by the Company. b. The Company reserves the
right to deduct these costs from the total amount paid before issuing
the refund.
4. Exceptional Circumstances: In exceptional cases where a cancellation request
is made after the eligible period, the Company will assess the circumstances
and consider providing a refund at its discretion.
5. Reimbursement Process: a. Upon the client’s acceptance of the refund offer,
the Company will initiate the reimbursement process. b. The refund will be
processed within a reasonable timeframe specified by the Company, typically
within 10 business days. c. The refund will be issued via the original payment
method or an alternative method agreed upon by both parties.
6. Amendment or Termination: a. The Company reserves the right to amend or
terminate this contract at any time, upon providing written notice to the client.
b. In the event of termination by the Company, any outstanding refunds will
be processed according to the terms outlined in these terms and conditions.
7. Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and
construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
8. Dispute Resolution: In the event of any dispute or disagreement arising from
or in connection with this contract, both parties agree to make reasonable
efforts to resolve the matter through good faith negotiations. If a resolution
cannot be reached amicably, the parties may seek recourse through the
appropriate legal channels in accordance with the laws of the United
Kingdom.
By entering into a contract with Wendigo Distribution, the client acknowledges and
agrees to the above terms and conditions.
